Publicis Sapient Salary: Know the Truth!
Oh, what a topic! Isn’t it exciting to know the salary of peers in other organizations? It is important too, as knowing the market stand is crucial for offer negotiation. Some of my college friends have the same work experience but are in different domains. All of them are at different salary packages even though some of their work responsibilities overlap.
So, what is the Publicis Sapient Salary standard?
I cannot tell the exact salary of a designation in Publicis Sapient as these ranges differ a lot for technology as well as years of experience. However, on average, salaries in Publicis Sapient are higher or on par with the market standard.
The rest depends on your negotiation skills. If you are switching from a startup and have a lower salary than the market stand, you have to negotiate well with some data points. If interviews appreciated your technical skills and you fit the job role, you should be able to get the market standard salary. You can compare some Publicis Sapient reviews and salaries on Indeed, and Glassdoor.
It is also worth noting that benefits other than salary are also important, such as comprehensive health insurance, remote work option and paid time off. These benefits can make a big difference in the overall compensation package.
· Health Insurance
For example, my colleague had surgery recently and took cashless payments in a tier 1 city. There was a significant difference in her surgery cost when she compared medical health insurance from here and her spouse’s organization. Hospital TPA told the difference between the backend insurance company and technicalities. We normally do not consider these things during our job interview but such things are an important part of our lives.
·Paid Leaves
Another big component to consider is Paid time off. How many paid leaves, sick leaves, bereavement leaves, public holidays and additional leaves you are getting in an organization? For instance, HCL Technologies gives fewer leaves to its employees than Publicis Sapient.
So, joining/ applying to an organization should not be dependent not only on paper salary but your net benefit.
