At Publicis Sapient, you’re expected to serve one month notice period.

However, there are chances that you may serve less, depending on the discretion of the company. Many of my friends have been relieved earlier than one month. This will depend on the requirements of the team. The sooner your team finds your replacement, the faster you can be relieved from your responsibilities. Publicis Sapient is a large company, so finding a replacement usually takes 1–2 months, so anyone resigning from their responsibilities mostly serves 1 month notice period.

What’s more, Publicis Sapient has a clear, meticulous hassle-free and straightforward exit process, which takes somewhere between 1–2 weeks including hand-over, in addition to the regular work that comes from stakeholders and clients. So, a one month notice period suffices.

Furthermore, the company leaves no stone unturned in giving employees a great work culture. So, people at Publicis Sapient spend a lot of time before moving away. In fact, employees spend as much as 4 years at least before moving on from the company. I have been working at Publicis Sapient for six years and have so far not felt the need to switch. I would credit it to the company culture.

Don’t go by what I say, there are innumerable Publicis Sapient reviews on Quora which can tell you about the company culture. The work culture at Publicis Sapient is one of the best I have experienced so far. It is also the reason employees stay for a long time at the company. While PS makes all effort to provide employees a wholesome work culture and all reasons for employees to stay, it realizes that an employee may need to switch for growth, location or familial reasons. So, the company provides a convenient exit process.

Overall, Publicis Sapient is a great company to work for. You are obligated to serve a month’s notice period.
