Which is Better: Publicis Sapient or Nagarro?
Publicis Sapient
I have been working at Publicis Sapient Gurgaon for 3 years now. So, I am the perfect candidate to answer this question.
I will begin by saying — Publicis Sapient is a great company to work at. And I am saying this after working at three start-ups and a multinational company — an ed-tech start-up, a SaaS company, a digital media agency and a GLOBAL education management company. I am not going to take names, for obvious reasons. Nothing good comes out of a blame game.
If you want to join Publicis Sapient, do it without a second thought.
Here are a few reasons:
1. Great work-life balance — I have worked like a horse for four years, thinking that’s the only way to excel, but I couldn’t be more wrong. At Publicis Sapient, you have fixed working hours — 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. Normally, no sends a work-related email after working hours, unless it’s an absolutely necessary.
Many Publicis Sapient Gurgaon feedback posts reflect that the company doesn’t have a good work-life balance. Honestly, how you maintain a work-life balance is completely up to you. The company doesn’t play a role in it. All global companies are bound to adhere to labor laws and can’t make you work more than certain hours a week. So, how can you not maintain a work-life balance?
Answer — there’s too much work.
Publicis Sapient charges its clients by the amount of work its employees invest in work. So, even if you’ve too much work, you can spread it over as many days as you want. No questions asked. The longer time you work on a project the more revenue PS will generate. It’s very transparent. If you feel it’s too much work and can’t be delivered by the tentative deadline, you can always report it to your manager and ask for a resource. All fair, right?
2. Great compensation — PS gives you perhaps the best compensation in the industry. Compared to other multinational companies, you will always see the company offering 10–15% more. This I have realized after speaking to the people I have referred to PS. In many other Sapientrazorfish Gurgaon review, you will find compensation as a pro.
3. Great work culture — The company allocates generous budgets for teams, which can be spent on outdoor activities, parties or anything the team decides on. It’s not a substantial thing — but helps in the long run. Employees are respectful and stakeholders respect your time and commitment. You’re always heard, no matter which team you belong to, or whatever level you are in the company.
In previous organizations, I have seen how scathing and uncompromising clients can be. At PS, so far I have not heard a single client showing such behavior. Not to mention, celebrations are always jolly.
What more could you want from a company?
Nagarro
Nagarro is a software development company. Similar to Publicis Sapient, it’s a multinational company with offices around the globe. However, it’s comparatively smaller and newer than Publicis Sapient in terms of number of employees and years in the industry. From what I’ve heard from a few friends and relatives working there, the company is still working to gain grounds in the industry and trying to build robust processes around hiring and deliveries.
Overall, from what I’ve experienced working at Publicis Sapient, it’s a great choice for anyone looking to advance in their career any day.
